Atmospheric sampling manifold
The atmospheric sampling manifold is designed in accordance with the requirements of the national "Environmental Air Quality Standards" (GB3095-2012) and the "Technical Requirements and Detection Methods for Continuous Automatic Monitoring Systems for Gaseous Pollutants (SO2, NO2, O3, CO) in Environmental Air" (HJ654-2013), while also referring to the relevant technical requirements of the US Environmental Protection Agency's "Quality Assurance Handbook for Air Pollution Measurement Systems Volume II, Section 7.0, 2013".
The inner tube of the BMET-S series atmospheric sampling manifold is made of inert materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene or borosilicate glass, and the outdoor part is equipped with stainless steel outer tubes for protection. In addition, according to customer needs, an atmospheric sampling manifold with temperature control, flow pressure, and full calibration (i.e. internal and external standard valves, which can be selected or multiple) functions can be selected. A sampling tube with an external standard valve can reduce measurement errors caused by dust and other factors in the sampling pipeline, obtain more accurate measurement data, and is of great significance for background stations.
Technical characteristics
The design of the sampling manifold inlet follows the recommended circular downward bend by the US EPA, which can effectively prevent rainwater and large particulate matter from entering, and prevent birds, small animals, and insects from entering;
Optional quality flow meters and pressure sensors are available for real-time monitoring and display of sampling conditions;
By adjusting the sampling flow rate, ensure that the sample gas retention time is less than 10 seconds;
Optional heating and temperature control device can be used to heat and control the temperature of the sample gas sampling tube, preventing water vapor condensation and minimizing pollutant loss;
Through RS485 and RS232 data ports for external output, remote data collection and monitoring can be achieved;
Technical parameters:
Sampling traffic: ≥ 40L/min, adjustable, retention time less than 1040 L/s (national standard<20 seconds, US EPA recommends<10 seconds)
Real time monitoring and display of quality flowmeter with RS485 digital input and RS485 output interface
Pressure measurement range:- 1000Pa~1000Pa, with digital display and 0-5V analog output
BMET-SG-C is a model with full calibration, which can switch the internal and external standard gas paths through an electromagnetic valve to achieve full calibration function
